Our crystal glass is crafted in Nižbor, in the heart of the Czech glassmaking tradition. Here, over 120 years of history meet modern design and a contemporary perspective on beauty.

Hand-blown and cut

Each piece is created by hand by our master glassmakers. From blowing to grinding, every detail reflects genuine craftsmanship and generations of experience.

Every Rückl product undergoes rigorous quality control. Minor variations and subtle imperfections arising from the handmade process are not defects, but proof of authentic craftsmanship. They make each piece a unique original.

Kateřina Handlová

Artistic director of the Rückl glassworks, where her distinctive signature shapes the brand's contemporary identity and carries the tradition of hand-cut crystal into new contexts. Alongside her work for Rückl, she also designs for the brand BOMMA and other authorial projects. In 2024 she was named Designer of the Year at Czech Grand Design for the collection Unreality for Rückl, the Flare lamps for BOMMA and the medals for the 2024 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship.

In the new Metropolis collection of hand-cut crystalby art director Kateřina Handlová, the delicacy of traditional craftsmanship meets the monumentality of iconic brutalism.
