BMRC Group, sro whistleblower protection

BMRC Group, sro, which brings together the Rückl and Bomma brands, considers the policy of preventing illegal acts to be absolutely essential, and it is therefore not only in our interest, but also in the interest of all our employees and our business partners to report any suspicion of illegal acts or imminent illegal acts to us.

Each report will be properly investigated, appropriate consequences will be drawn from it and necessary measures will be taken. BMRC Group fully accepts the protection of the whistleblower and does not tolerate any form of retaliation against the whistleblower.

A report of suspected unfair, unethical or illegal conduct should contain as much information as possible. Although the whistleblower is automatically protected by the law, all information must be truthful, otherwise the whistleblower protection law will not apply. It is important to support the claim with evidence that will assist in the investigation of the report.

Reporters can also submit their reports:

  1. in writing via our NNTB communication tool, which also provides the greatest control over the resolution of the report and best ensures the anonymity of the reporter, if the reporter requests it,
  2. orally again via the NNTB communication tool, where the message is recorded using the microphone button when entering the notification, anonymity is ensured by changing the voice when recording the message, which the reporter can listen to before saving,
  3. in person at the company headquarters.
  4. in writing to the company's address, the envelope must be clearly marked with the inscription "notice - do not open"
